It is important to note that Koshi Chimes can be placed outdoors, but like all wooden objects, it is best to treat them regularly with a protective oil, such as colorless Tung or Teak oil, to prevent any potential mold growth. It is recommended that they are not directly exposed to rain. If mold has already developed, it can be cleaned with a small amount of diluted bleach.

Koshi Chimes are unique, high-quality, and original musical instruments that are played by the wind. They feature four melodic tunings inspired by the elements: Terra, Aqua, Aria, and Ignis. When sounded together, the chimes produce rich, harmonious overtones that evoke the coexistence of the elements in the sublunary sphere, creating a sense of pure elemental balance and bliss.

Handcrafted with precision at the foot of the Pyrenees, each Koshi Chime is designed with eight notes. These notes are metal pieces that are welded into a plate at the base of the resonating tube, which is made of thin layers of bamboo veneer treated with natural oils. The veneer is stronger than natural bamboo, making the chimes more durable without compromising the renowned acoustic qualities of bamboo.

The individual Koshi Chime measurements are as follows: Diameter of Chime: 2 1/2", Length of Chime: 6 1/2", and Total Length of Item: 14".

The optional Chimefornia Stand measurements are: Width of Top: 23", Width of Base: 24.5", Height: 23.5", and Depth of Feet: 12". The optional Koshi Case dimensions are: 8" x 8" x 8".

The optional Koshi Joe Stand measurements are: Width of Top: 25.5", Width of Base: 24", Height: 28", and Depth of Feet: 7". Koshi Chimes were developed by Kabir, the inventor of the Shanti Chime, after 20 years of experience creating and experimenting with chimes. His new tuning technique has yielded deep tones, rich harmonics, and full overtones, making these chimes perfect for sound baths and sound healers.
